About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and drive our online business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms, increasing sales, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set clear KPIs and targets to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives.
Platform Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform(s) (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Ensure smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and mobile optimization.
- Monitor website performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
Sales and Revenue:
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective online marketing and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase average order value and conversion rates.
Customer Experience:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent online customer service.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and provide ongoing training and development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for ecommerce and a drive to achieve results.
