Essential:

• Development Chef experience within a food manufacturer
• Chef related qualification and Chef experience
• Food knowledge - world cuisine, flavour pairings, ingredients
• Awareness of current trends and innovation
• Flair for creativity and innovation
• Presentation skills, demonstrates drive and attention to detail, communication, prioritisation, project management, innovative

Desirable:

• Some science knowledge e.g. PH
• Sauce and mayonnaise experience
