We’re searching for a Fee-Earning Paralegal, Newly Qualified Solicitor, or CILEX warrior with at least 2 years of experience in property or general litigation. If you’ve been navigating possession proceedings or decoding tenancy agreements like Sherlock Holmes, we want your legal expertise and problem-solving magic!

What You’ll Be Doing (Beyond Winning Cases):

• Managing your own civil litigation caseload.
• Assist landlords and agents nationwide as their go-to legal champion. Handle property disputes of all kinds, including:
• Tenancy Breaches – Subletting without a heads-up? You’re on it!
• Squatter Action – Evicting unwanted guests (legally, of course)
• Commercial Property Disputes – Because business is never just business
• Rent Reviews – Making sure no one’s overpaying… or underpaying
• Agent Disputes – Settling those "who said what to whom" moments
• Dilapidation Claims – Because some things just don’t hold up
• Deposit Disputes – Fighting for what's fair

• Types of Tenancies You’ll Tackle:
• Rent Act Tenancies
• Agricultural Tenancies (yes, even barns need legal care)
• Assured Shorthold Tenancies
• Common Law Tenancies
• Company Let Tenancies
• Lodger Agreements (including keeping the peace)
• Licences (for when they’re less tenants, more… temporary visitors)

• Services for Tenants:

Who You Are:

• 2+ years’ experience in property or general litigation (you know possession proceedings and tenancy docs better than your Netflix password)
• Qualified as a Solicitor, Paralegal, or CILEX (superhero cape optional, but encouraged)
