Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter
Annual Salary: Competitive (Details upon application)
Location: South Oxfordshire
Job Type: Full-timeJoin our Clients Property Team at a leading housing association that is dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives. We are looking for an experienced or qualified Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter. This role includes a business use van and fuel card to support travel needs.
Day-to-day of the role:
Work within the Social Housing sector, tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance in Tenants properties.
Carry out various repairs and installs to kitchens and bathrooms including minor carpentry, plumbing, floor laying, decorating, and patch plastering.
Utilise mobile technology such as iPads or PDAs for job tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing/Carpentry, or at least 5 years of experience within either core trade.
Experience working in occupied premises and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using mobile technology.
Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check, and a basic DBS disclosure.
