Job Description
Urgent Compliance Manager
* The preferred candidate will also after training act as Temporary Works Coordinator on the contract and experience working or managing contracts including scaffolding is preferred
* It's a mixture between an FM, H&S & Compliance Manager.
* The main part of the role is to work with the rest of the management team to ensure compliance within our safety and environmental standards whether it be signing off RAMS or reviewing contractors compentancies to looking at our SSOW and recommending safer working procedures.
* There are a number of H&S & Compliance Standards and Procedures that they need ensure we comply with.
* Interviews to be held but ideally start as soon as possible
* Ideally FM background
* 40 hours per week start time at 8 AM
