About the Role:

As a Customer Account Manager, you will support our client's valued customer base by delivering accurate price quotations and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service/Sales:

• Assisting customers via phone, fax, and email.
• Providing timely and accurate price quotations.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring their requirements are met.
• Developing professional relationships with customers and sales representatives.
• Proactively communicating with customers and suppliers.

• Strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
• Proficiency with personal computers and typing.
