Branch Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for someone to take on the responsibilities for overseeing all areas of the business including, sales, financial management, business operations, supply chain management, and customer relations. To succeed in this role, you must be a competitive and sales-orientated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role would best suit a current manager or an external salesperson looking to take their first steps into management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and drive activity within the team to produce profitable sales
• Create and nurture customer relationships
• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed
• Implement pricing strategy and manage the business to aggressive growth goals
• Manage inventory to ensure the orders can be fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
• Create financial reports
• Negotiate supplier agreements
• Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business
• Gain a wide product knowledge to guide your staff and customers
• Coordinate orientation of new staff and ongoing training and education of our current staff

Key Skills Required

• 2+ years of wholesale work experience
• Proven experience in sales and customer acquisition
• General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
• Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
• Great people and leadership skills
• A passion for outstanding customer service
• Excellent negotiation skills
