As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced hands-on Head of Hotels F&B to join our team at Legoland, Windsor. This role is responsible for the daily management of all of the Food and Beverage outlets across 3 hotel restaurants and bars and our corporate event space, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to our guests.

We are recruiting this role on a full time (40 hour) permanent basis. The role will involve working weekends.


A day in the life of a Head of F&B:

  • Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations within the 3 hotels
  • Lead, manage and motivate the food and beverage operations teams to achieve targeted KPI
  • Ensure seamless and timely communications between the food and beverage department and all other departments within the hotel
  • Budget and assume accountability for the P&L performance of all Hotel F&B outlets
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and five-star customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction


You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential
  • High-end resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable
  • Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B or Hotel Operations Manager is preferable
  • A self-motivated, driven, guest-orientated and proactive attitude is also required
  • The ability to prioritise activities, communicate, plan your time and co-ordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required
  • Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential
  • Have a solid understanding of health and safety cultures and the ability to train out policies and procedures
