Your Impact
As the Senior Sales Manager for the Retail & Manufacturing practice, you’ll work with the Practice Director to secure opportunities with new clients and within designated accounts, driving the continued growth of our Retail & Manufacturing vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a robust pipeline for future growth
Build and sustain strong relationships with allocated accounts and prospective clients
Identify and communicate customer challenges and goals to ensure effective solution design
Present tailored solutions that demonstrate business value
Oversee proposal production for customer engagement
Adhere to sales governance for quality assurance and risk management
Maintain accurate, real-time data on opportunities for reliable forecasting
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a motivated and experienced team player who brings:
Experience in a commercial role within a technology organisation, especially with SaaS, CRM, ERP, and Cloud technology solutions
Knowledge of and expertise in D365 solutions (highly desirable)
Strong familiarity with the Retail & Manufacturing industries and experience in solution selling to these sectors
Proven success in a target-driven, customer-facing environment
Background within the Microsoft technology channel
