LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: 37.5
SALARY: £16.12 PAYE OR £18.64 UMBRELLA
Perm salary: £29,038 - £31,432
DURATION: Temp to perm available

As a Senior Housing Worker on a contract basis, you will become an integral part of our close-knit community. Proven experience in housing support or social work, demonstrating the ability to work empathetically with diverse communities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of clients and the team efficiently.
Adept at developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with individuals from all backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
Experience in leading or coordinating team efforts within a housing or social work context.
Familiarity with housing legislation and tenant rights in the UK. You will receive from BRC:
