Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Temporary Role Available
Position: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Location: Doncaster

We have an exciting opportunity at Academics Agency for a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school for students with SEMH and Autism. These pupils face various challenges, including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive.
Your Role:
Offer essential guidance and assistance to students, particularly those with special educational needs, ensuring they feel secure and supported in their learning journey.
Help develop and implement Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans tailored to student needs.
Build meaningful, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement in classroom activities.
Promote inclusivity, independence, and self-confidence in students.
Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and effective learning environment.What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: Daily rates ranging from £84 - £110 (including holiday pay), based on your experience.
