Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPR/UPR + TLR

Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate Head of Art & Photography to lead an innovative department at a supportive secondary school in Andover from January 2025. Role Responsibilities:
Lead the Art & Photography Department in curriculum planning, project-based learning, and assessment.
Teach across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to express themselves and develop their skills in both traditional and digital media.
Promote a culture of creativity and excellence, encouraging students to experiment and push their artistic boundaries.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and foster a supportive learning environment.
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an experienced educator ready to leave a lasting impression on students and the school’s arts culture.
