Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher looking for a flexible working opportunity? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and the national curriculum, covering for planned or unplanned teacher absences.
Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups, and teaching styles, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own when required.
Support the well-being and progress of all students, maintaining good classroom behaviour.
Work closely with school staff to ensure a smooth and seamless learning experience for students.
Be flexible and available to work on short notice when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching across a range of subjects and year groups is desirable.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
