Sales Manager - Material Handling Solutions Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + OTE Package: Company Car/Car Allowance, Commission/Bonus Structure
Our client, an established provider of material handling equipment and solutions, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team based in their Banbury office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth in the retail industry.
The Role: Based from their modern offices in Banbury, you'll be part of a team of sales professionals, growing your own portfolio of key accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop your own portfolio of strategic accounts
* Help create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven sales management experience, ideally within material handling or related industrial sectors
* Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Strong presentation and communication abilities
* Full UK driving licence essential
