About the Role:
As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be part of an ambitious team that empowers patients by providing tailored support. Your role will involve regional travel to deliver specialised treatment, making a significant difference in the lives of patients every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments according to individual care plans.
* Uphold professional standards and be an ambassador for patient-focused care.
* Document all clinical data accurately and report any adverse drug events following established protocols.
* Build long-lasting relationships with patients, caregivers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
* Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and address any competency gaps, ensuring compliance with all business policies and procedures.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as regional travel will be required.
