**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Gas Safe Plumber** to join our team, working with a leading social housing contractor. This role involves performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on social housing projects across Birmingham. Your work will help ensure the safety, comfort, and efficiency of our clients' homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out gas-related maintenance and repair work, including boiler servicing, heating systems, and other plumbing work.
- Conduct routine and preventive inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become costly repairs.
- Work closely with our project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Provide a high level of customer service to tenants, ensuring any issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
