This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment!This is what we offer: Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment Brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment Opportunity for advancement in a growing company Comprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings account 401(k) plus match Paid vacation days, sick days, and holidaysHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like: Identify the client's needs and assist with scheduling appointments Ensure clients concerns, such as costs, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc., are addressed prior to appointment date Receive inbound sales phone calls and leads in a courteous and accommodating manner Confirm all client appointments prior to the appointment date, making adjustments if necessary Follow up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with the Service Department, including attending Department meetingsThe opportunity is for you if you have: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills Previous customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Self-motivated and diligent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background checkPay range for this role is: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
