Job Description
- Provide project management support including assisting with proposals, correspondence/documentation, scheduling, and program oversight and maintenance.
- Assist in managing customer implementations and servicing.
- Assess business needs, ensure customer satisfaction with overall service and identify product/service recommendations.
- Effectively analyze and compile data available via system reporting tools to assist management in identifying and mitigating potential challenges or opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining internal and external marketing collateral and resources.
- Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and policies for team use.
- Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate, friendly, and professional service to external and internal customers.
- Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating Legendary Service Standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent commercial banking or treasury management experience.
- Familiarity of technologies such as Microsoft Office, Web Applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet customer deliverables and internal team needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent organizational and listening skills, including oral and written communication and documentation.
- Good people skills to facilitate interaction with internal team, banks and partners.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to ensure prompt resolution of issues as they arise.
