Cycle Counter

Responsibilities: Setup daily cycle counts in our ERP;Use the system to execute the cycle count daily;Review discrepancies and perform re-counts when counts are out of tolerance;Conduct Physical Inventory when required;Report on the inventory accuracy in the daily standup meetings;Help to make sure all products and shelves are labeled properly;Analyze cycle count error to find root causes;Help to drive solutions to root causes of cycle count errors;Liaison with ERP team to share data and collaborate on corrections and solutioning;Ad hoc inventory reporting as needed;Support safety rules and engage in safety observation process;Be an active member of the shipping team;Company Expectations: 100% Team work - possess a positive attitude, approach work with the intent and motivation of always helping fellow coworkers. Understand goals and work towards surpassing them by having a sense of urgency, staying on task, having great attendance, reporting issues, and making continuous improvement a daily goal.Essential Functions: Computer literate, strong communication and good math skills, able to work with Microsoft OfficeExperience working with ERP systems and barcode scanningAbility to drive a forklift and become certifiedMust be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plusWillingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicalsHave a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skillsSelf-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help othersAdhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
