Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for blending, dispensing, and labeling finished powder and liquid products in various packaging sizes as directed in batch ticket.Weigh materials against the batch ticket specifications for pour-out.Obtain secondary verification of weigh to ensure materials are correct and complete for the product.Complete accurate batch record documentation enters into system and submit micro/samples to quality control.Run in-house testing in quality control for samples and close batch tickets. Weigh materials against the batch ticket specifications for sample request.Record batch information on production tags or other documentation. Document lot number on sales order, label and bottle, and enter order into system.Adhere to documented operating procedures for compounding and general facility processes.Observe safety, cGMP and security procedures; report potentially unsafe condition and use equipment/materials properly. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to eliminate potential material/product contamination.Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality.Maintain inventory of supplies (gloves, cheesecloth, bottles, etc.).Perform end of shift cleaning duties (equipment, floors, etc.).Document and tag production equipment with status (i.E. Cleaned, to be cleaned).Operate forklift as required.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDRequirements:More than 1-year general manufacturing experience.More than 1-year material handling experience. Must have strong work ethic, professional attitude, and be detailed oriented as well as reliable.Must have excellent work habits, including willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.Must be able to lift to 50lbs (25 kilos).Repetitive finger, hand, and arm movement.
