We operate out of seven locations with nearly 1,000,000 sqft of warehouse space. A role in our distribution center means being in the heart of getting products to our customers as quickly as possible.As an Inventory Cycle Counter at Four Hands, you will play a crucial role in analyzing inventory transactions and material flow, identifying causes of inaccuracies, and making necessary adjustments. You'll be key in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth, error-free distribution processes. This hands-on position is integral to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. In This RoleAnalyze inventory transactions and material flow to identify and resolve discrepanciesFollow established processes for inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate recordsConduct daily inventory checks and physical inventories to keep product tracking up-to-dateTroubleshoot and quickly resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptionsUse advanced mathematical skills to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs for data-driven decisionsReconcile inventories and utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to ensure precise inventory managementMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policiesUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by ManagementThe Ideal PersonHigh school diploma or GED requiredRaymond order picker experience required1+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of inventory managementPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistanceComputer proficiency, including experience with Excel and ERP systemsExpertise in 10-key data entry and experience using handheld scannersStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationSolid math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsWillingness to work overtime as neededSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hoursBenefitsCompetitive hourly wages Generous flexible time off program - 2 weeks a year!
