Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct regular cycle counts on warehouse inventory using RF equipment.Research inventory discrepancies, as well as shipping and receiving issues as assigned.Help maintain files concerning production, inventory and shipping issues daily.Monitor, report and record the quality of incoming products at the distribution center as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, to include the weighing/ counting / measuring of product, package viability, verification of the UPC, and certification for all labels.Update any information on products in our systems as needed.Monitor expiration dates of products by performing random checks on pallets to ensure that expires product does not reach the retail stores and to ensure proper stock rotation. Verify that all products meet shelf life requirements.Completion of special projects.Assisting Inventory Manager with tasks as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: (For all JDs; Adjust as needed based on job requirements)High school diploma required.1-2 years of inventory experience preferred.Experience cycle counting with RF equipment.PC skills are a strong plus (Windows, Excel, WMS)Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Demonstrates high ethical standards, reliability and efficiency.Additional InformationPHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: (For all JDs; Adjust as needed based on job requirements)Must have the ability to drive all Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
