Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base, and drive revenue growth within the wholesale segment of our business by recruiting new business while nurturing and expanding relationships with our key wholesale clients. The Strategic Account Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and wholesale partners.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to effectively position our monitoring solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Function as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to partners to optimize their business.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, including revenue, sales pipeline, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify market trends and competitive landscape to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.

Requirements:

  • Certification or training in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Degree preferred).
  • Experience (5 years) in strategic account/sales management, preferably in the wholesale monitoring or security industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • High School Diploma / GED Required
