As our Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for developing and servicing new and existing accounts. As our Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for developing and servicing new and existing accounts. - Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum 3 years prior experience in customer service within the insurance industry
- Experience with both admitted and non-admitted markets, as well as all personal lines policy types.
- P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated expertise wiht affluent customer demographic
