General Statement of Duties Temporary position and is open until filled.No more than 29 hours per week. Supports national, state, and local standardized testing programs. Essential Duties •Collaborates with Educational Specialists for Assessment to administer division-wide standardized testing programs. •Plans and implements assessment activities in coordination with various departments and schools. •Ensures strict adherence to federal, state, and local testing policies and regulations. •Assists in preparing training for administrators and school test coordinators, including location arrangements, attendance management, and training materials. •Maintains rigorous security measures for testing materials to prevent security breaches. •Manages the ordering1 distribution, inventory, collection, and scoring of testing materials. •Coordinates testing for students receiving educational services outside the division and homebound instruction, determining needs, accommodations, and material distribution. •Proactively communicates with school and site test coordinators. •Organizes testing for students with disciplinary placements, including scheduling, locations, and examiners. •Supports Educational Specialists in disseminating communications to coordinators and families. •Provides school-based testing support as required. •Performs additional assigned duties. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Experience with Microsoft products required, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Prefer experience with the state's testing platform, Pearson AccessNext. Three to five+ years of related K-12 testing experience is preferred. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service approach to providing support to schools, families, and students. Additional Information $22.93per hour. This is a temporary position and is open until filled.
