BAPS is now looking to add an Account Manager to their Central Region team, from the Lemoyne area.Sales management and Automotive Paint knowledge a must!!!! With our on-the-job training and supportive leadership team, we would love for you to join our team!Salary: $80,000 annuallyMonday- Friday / NO WEEKENDS!Benefits include: Comprehensive Group Medical, Dental, VisionCompany paid term-life401k with company matchCompany vehicle for personal and business use, and more!Job Purpose and Summary:The Account Manager develops new business and maintains productive and on-going relationships with business clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Establishes new accounts by prospecting potential customers and planning and performing outside sales callsAccountable and responsible for all sales related activities and account planning activities, when necessary serves as technical expert for customers including installs and removal of mixing equipment and inventoryInvestigates customer complaints and follows up, based upon Company policies and proceduresDemonstrates the ability to market the companies' products and services during sales callsTakes customer orders, performs some customer deliveries and develops inventory knowledgeCreates and delivers customer presentationsSpends a minimum of 90% of time traveling (local or regional) to customer locationsPerforms inventory analysis at customer locationsPrepares sales call reports and other documentation as required by the Sales ManagerRecord daily activity and potential customer opportunities utilizing our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system.Collection calls for overdue payments from CustomersJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: On the road
