Photography Digital Asset Management Coordinator
The Photography Digital Asset Management Coordinator will assist in the management of the digital photography assets, both incoming and archival. The Photography Digital Asset Management Coordinator utilizes strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the Digital Asset Management system for the Advertising Photography team.
Process Incoming Photos
Upload new photographs and properly categorize and add keywords to photographs to maintain manageable organization on Asset Bank. Oversee the migration of photographic assets from Dropbox to Asset Bank.
Manage Digital Asset Database
Oversee the organizational structure of Asset Bank. Add tags ensure proper title format and detail information as needed on existing photographs. Properly categorize and catalog photographs. Purge photos as needed and move photos from current folders to archival folders. Oversee the issuance of Asset Bank licenses and provide assistance to users.
Curate Lightboxes
Work with various clients and designers to search for and gather existing photographs to be delivered through Asset Bank as a Lightbox.
Assist Photographers
Assist as needed on Photography shoots, especially archive digitization project. Manage photography equipment inventory.
FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt)
Education
AS (Required), BS: Business Management, BS: Office Administration
Work Experience
2+ years in clerical services at PCC, PCA, or Abeka
Physical Requirements and Skills
Detailed, Microsoft Office, Operate standard office equipment, Organized, Time Management, Written and Verbal Communications (Inactive)
