The Marketing Communication Specialist reports to theMarketing Communication Manager and is responsible for assisting the regionalmarketing team in administration and internal/external marketing support forColorcon North America and Latin America North (NALAN). The MarketingCommunication Specialist will provide strong supportfor events and execution of marketing plans and promotional objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Collaborate daily with the Marketing Communication Manager to develop and deliver promotional components for regional marketing plans.
• Support and optimization of Colorcon Academy educational events, such as Coating School / Formulation School and webinars. This includes responsibility of event production, attendee lists, lead follow-up, and making sure the events run smooth.
• Work with the Marketing Communication Manager to plan and organize large-scale events, such as annual tradeshows.
• Responsibilities include ordering booth services and shipping products.
• Support and facilitate pre-post event management, by maintaining registration lists in CRM system for all NALAN Branded Events, ensuring registrants are added to the CRM workflow to trigger email automation, creating excel sheets to import notes/leads to CRM after events.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing activities.Manage promotional materials and distribute to team and customers. Maintain an inventory of promotional materials including banners, team apparel, and giveaways.
• Contribute to content design and creation by using templates (LinkedIn posts, email footers, roller banners) that meet regional objectives and are also aligned with our corporate brand guidelines.
• Provide efficient and timely support of customer contact inquiries and Tasks in HubSpot or the Colorcon website; assign appropriately to Business Development Managers and support as needed.
• Maintain NALAN SharePoint site to keep the NALAN Commercial team updated on latest developments.
• Assist in creation of digital media in Canva and/or video editing in Pitchy.
• Design, polish, and check PowerPoint presentations (External or internal purpose).
• Contribute to spreading a marketing/digital culture throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience required.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (like Hubspot or Salesforce) and Canva is highly desirable but not essential.
• An interest or flair for creative design.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently and contribute as part of a matrix organization.

Working Location

• This is a Hybrid position, with up to 3 days/week required in office at Colorcon's Global Headquarters in Harleysville, PA.
• Working remotely from a home office will be facilitated when applicable and is at the manager's discretion.
• Ability to travel to up to 10%, annually, required.
