Expand your skills, broaden your customer base, and join our team to experience the satisfaction that comes from creating a career through genuinely caring for others.A Spa Front Desk Associate / Social Media Content Creator at La Chíc Bohème, luxury spa + style house, greets guests to our intimate yet luxurious spa environment, sells retail and spa services and packages, provides appointment scheduling, and creates content and posts on our website and social media pages and keeps up correspondence with our clients. Responsible for ensuring complete client and member satisfaction by providing full guidance and consultation in scheduling, confirmation, and check-out procedures.Compensation & Benefits:Base hourly pay plus performance bonus'Paid Time off after 12 months (starts accruing on day one, can be used after 12 months, time off increases with tenure) Available for full & part time employeesHealth and Dental Benefits (For full time employees)Weekends are the busiest time in our industry and are required. Candidates without weekend availability will not be invited in for an interview.Job Perks:Team oriented cultureEmployee referral bonus programSchedule flexibility with self-service shift swapping capabilities.Professional Development AssistanceDeep discounts on Products, Merchandise, and ServicesMonthly Team ContestsWorking in a new state of the art facilitySchedule:Up to 25 hours per week RequirementsGeneral Duties:The initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goodsMaintain a sense of order and efficiency for spa operations via proper scheduling of guest and staff appointments and packagesTake the initiative to attend product knowledge training when availableCheck in / out spa guests and style house customers.Deal with guest issues as needed.Maintain cleanliness of facility including salt room and sauna / general housekeeping duties.Ability to follow all company procedures without supervisionAbility to handle and balance all payment transactions.Assist with retail inventoryHandle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services, retail sales and Membership salesEnsure a pleasant visit for each guestAssists with special projects/events as requestedWork as a team with front desk staff, back of spa therapists, Spa Management and other departmentsBe upbeat, outgoing and have fun!Professional personality and appearance requiredMust follow company dress codeHelping to style customers by making specific recommendationsSocial media content creationMaintaining relationships with existing clients and outreach to new clientsAddending marketing events as neededAssisting spa staff as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentTwo years work experience in a related field (hospitality, retail).Must be able to work some weekends, and holidays.Be able to maintain a regular schedule.Typing, computer and basic math skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explore and computers in general. Experience with Apple products is preferred.Must be able to communicate effectively in English.Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is helpful.Ability to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form, in-person and over the phone, to guests and employees throughout the organization.Must be able to follow company procedures and handle constructive criticismMust possess excellent communication, organizational skills and common sense.Basic conflict resolution skills.Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.Must be able to stand for up to 5 hours.Must be able to crouch, stoop, kneel and crawl.Must be able to communicate by phone.Must have good organizational skills.Must be willing to make every guest visit an experience of a lifetime.Must be able to deal with unruly guestsMust attend product knowledge training, and departmental meetings.Must be able to multi-task and deal with last minute changes.Partakes in monthly events when required.Knowledge of Sarasota County area preferredFirst Aid and CPR training preferred"Can-Do" attitude is a must.Must be able to adhere to the La Chíc Bohème dress codeApplicants must pass a practical interview process including shadow day(s).We're looking for team members who are passionate about their work and the world around them, who take pride in ensuring our guests receive the best possible service and who bring a sense of self and fun to all they do.
