• 5+ Experience in Quality analysis experience in Banking Domain.
• Need to be strong in Retail Lending Collection / Recovery concepts.
• Should have working experience in testing project for Retail lending collection products.
• Experience in handling team and guide team in test deliverables.
• Experience in Stakeholder management, goverancing project.
• Experience working in JIRA for Tracebilility, Test Case Creation, Defect Management.
• Driving Defect Triage and closures.
• Experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience in Test Automation - Selenium.
• Good communication skills.
