Position : ERP Implementation Analyst
Location : Austin, TX

Reporting to the Director of Financial Systems, the ERP Implementation Analyst is a member of the ATLAS Finance team
and will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and training users on VP/Deltek. The position requires a high
degree of coordination and collaboration with the development team and outside partners.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with the implementation team on Vantagepoint migrations.
• Respond to requests and advise on the appropriate action.
• Develop Power BI reports for Finance and Operations.
• Provide testing for Vantagepoint upgrades and communicates the changes to end users.
• Create/update approval workflows
• Spearhead Firms cleanup in Vantagepoint.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field, or relevant work experience. Minor in
Information Technology or Systems preferred.
• 3-5 years of finance experience with Deltek Vantagepoint including Fixed Assets, Procurement, CRM and Resource
Planning.
• Must understand Vantagepoint Workflows and Key Conversions.
• Experience coaching and training team members.
• Self-starter who is able thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities.
• Proven track record of breaking down and solving complex problems with impeccable business judgment. Ability to
distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
• Willing and excited about diving into the numbers and being hands-on.
• Customer service oriented.
Technical Requirements:
• ERP experience, Deltek Vantagepoint required
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx experience preferred
