CRM Assessment and Selection Lead Consultant

The client is based in California and working PST so we are scheduling most of our meetings in the afternoons. I am generally working around consultant and client schedules to schedule meetings.

Estimated # Hours: 250 hours and part-time role OVER 5 MONTHS
Travel: Limited but there may be a need to travel onsite 1-3x over the course of the next 5 months.
Project: Business Transformation - "As Is" assessment and SaaS Technology Selection
Role: CRM Assessment and Selection Lead consultant

• Complete initial three phases of Client's business transformation program including business readiness, vision, and technology selection.
• Consultant, with support of Integrator and Client team members, will lead the completion of process, data, and technology related deliverables described below. Deliverables have been mutually identified and agreed to by Client to prepare the organization for implementation
• Senior CRM consultant to assist with a SaaS technology selection project that I am running. We have a team of 4 consultants that are covering Finance, Order to Cash, Supply Chain and need to fill the CRM role that is now open. This is a part time role so I expect that the CRM resource will need to maintain another project role. The Client is currently using Salesforce in a very small scope but looking to consolidate CRM functions into a single platform with Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Finance/EPM functionality. Ideally, we would like the CRM consultant to have experience with multiple technologies and have experience doing CRM system selections. If the resource has multiple technology implementation experience, we can forgo the system selection experience. We are considering the following 5 packages currently so experience with one or more of them would be preferred. If the client selects Fusion, we will likely run the implementation work so the scope would become full time and likely last 1-2 years after the selection project is completed.
