About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President to lead our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational aspects, including administrative, clinical, and fiscal functions. You will collaborate with medical staff leadership to design and enhance innovative clinical programs that prioritize high-quality and cost-effective patient care.
Your responsibilities will also include managing vice presidents and directors, ensuring that all initiatives align with our mission and values. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
