About the Role

The Company is looking for a Vice President of Data Science and AI to be a key player in our leadership team. This senior-level position is crucial for defining and driving our AI and data science strategy. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional skills in developing and executing an enterprise-wide AI strategy that effectively aligns with our business goals.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and prioritize significant data science opportunities that move the organization forward.
• Provide expert guidance on building efficient data science solutions.
• Collaboration with senior leadership to ensure AI and data science initiatives seamlessly integrate into our broader technology strategy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in AI and data science.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across all teams.

The successful candidate will possess a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in AI, data science, or related fields. A strong technical background, superior analytical capabilities, and proven leadership skills are essential. While experience in consumer products and retail is a bonus, it is not a requirement.
