Our client is an automobile manufacturer who is expanding! This company's HQ is in China however they are looking to identify their first finance hire in the USA. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin.

PAY: Depeding on experience $80,000 - $100,000 LOCATION: Temporary address in Oakland

SCHEDULE: Full time, may work late due to international HQ

salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Oversee inventory and fixed asset inventory, analyze financial data, and provide accurate data to senior management for decision-making.

Perform daily accounting processes including managing GL accounts, reconciling ticket accounts, and processing original accounting entries and creating PL form for analysis.

Review employee hourly and salary Submit financial report on every Friday.

Become familiar with the product to calculate the cost structure for each item.

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards and local regulations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports.
