Position Summary
This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.
The Summer 2025 program will run June 2nd - August 8th, 2025. Virtual onboarding activities will also take place May 28th -30th, 2025.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference: Woonsocket, RI, Hartford, CT, Scottsdale, AZ, Houston, TX, Downers Grove, IL, Blue Bell, PA, and Alpharetta, GA,. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. No housing or housing stipend will be provided, but interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired.
The hourly rate is $55 per hour with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday). Please disregard the range listed.

You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:
- Execute a mini-test that offers free home delivery to patients with an out-of-stock medication
- Conduct market research to determine overall business impact from COVID-19
- Analyze prescriber data to identify anomalies in controlled drug prescribing patterns
Examples of past internship projects include:
- Develop and prototype virtual verification pharmacy imaging system and determine the functionality of this new technology
- Review current processes to find colleague pain points and develop a strategy to alleviate these problems
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Required Qualifications
- Meet the educational requirements (pursuing an MBA / Master's degree with an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026)
- 2+ years’ professional work experience in related field post-undergrad. Examples include: consulting, healthcare, and or operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Have leadership experience. Examples may include project leadership, workplace responsibilities, active roles in student/social organization activities, or sports
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- Previous consulting, healthcare, and or retail experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python

- The Ability to Build Relationships: You can establish and nurture partnerships across different business units
- Executive Presence & Judgment: You understand what matters to business leaders and can frame your recommendations for an executive audience

Education
- Currently pursuing a Master’s or MBA degree
- Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026
- Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position such as related majors Business Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, and Strategy & Operations
