Senior Azure Developer - Synapse Analytics

Job Description : As a Senior Azure Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Azure-based solutions while integrating SAP systems and ensuring the seamless flow of data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions that optimize the performance of Azure services. Key Responsibilities : - Azure & SAP Integration : Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions integrating SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP ECC) using SAP connectors. - Data Warehousing on Azure : Design and implement data warehousing solutions utilizing services like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage. - MYOB Integration : Integrate MYOB accounting software with Azure-based systems to improve financial data processing and reporting. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Azure-based solutions. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize Azure services and data pipelines for better performance. - Data Security & Compliance : Ensure all data is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards and best practices. Required Skills : - 7 years of experience working with Azure services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Logic Apps. - In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts and practical experience designing and implementing data warehouses on Azure. - Familiarity with MYOB accounting software and experience integrating it with Azure systems. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and PowerShell. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
