Production Manager - Packaging Area - Food Industry

He/She will manage Packaging Area's resources and make appropriate decisions in day-to-day management. Guides actions to achieve continuous improvement goals in production units. Supports the factory manager by driving continuous improvement and ensuring excellence in product quality and plant conditions. International food company specializing in healthy, innovative, and sustainable production. Responsibilities: Supervise daily tasks encompassing production scheduling, quality control checks, and inventory management, ensuring the team's timely completion of assigned responsibilities and addressing any impediments to progress. Coordinate the dried fruit packaging process with cross-functional teams. Assure the maintenance of high order and cleanliness in operational areas, implementing practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. Streamline and optimize production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity, while identifying areas for improvements and implementing changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement. Work closely with the quality team by ensuring that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, and establishing a process for an elaborated follow-up of quality inputs, ensuring a solution. Participate in internal and external dialogues/audits for customer, supplier, product and/or stakeholder. Track KPIs related to production. This involves analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, reporting, and presenting recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Minimum Requirements: Degree or Master (Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related); 4 years experience; Leadership skills; Proficiency in SAP and Power BI; Outstanding career opportunity in Middle Management.
