The following adventures await you at Schleich: Customer Service (65%) Customer master data management in cooperation with the field service representatives Handling and supervising orders to the point of delivery at customers Interface management between customers, Sales, internal departments such as Logistics, Supply Planning, Finance Active support of field service representatives Support of commercial customers regarding order management, availability, shipment tracking, price inquiries and more via email and on the phone Claim management Functional management of one B2B Order agent Marketing/Sales Support (20%) Support the Marketing/Sales in some operational tasks, including providing various marketing assets to partners, proofreading marketing and sales materials in Italian language Coordinate merchandising agency Monitor/follow-up on specific initiatives making related sales analysis (i.e. promo/display/Christmas campaigns, novelty launches…) Administrative support (15%) Ensure that the office in Milan is up and running smoothly The chapters of your story so far: You have a university degree or equivalent and several years of work experience in a similar position Italian distribution market knowledge is required; toy sector knowledge would be preferred You are able to work in a startup environment where the direction is settled but single contribution and capability to propose and act is key to proceed You are fluent in Italian and English, in writing as well as speaking You bring profound knowledge in SAP SD module and strong knowledge of MS Office You work innovatively and results-oriented, are a team player and strong communicator You are customer- as well as consumer-oriented No kingdoms nor mountains of gold, but many other rewards: No two days are the same in this career like no other.
