Join SHEIN and live your possible with us To learn more about SHEIN follow us at sheingroup.com Responsibilities: ● Help plan, brief, execute and track the local marketing campaigns in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders ● Amplify brand & sales moments via higher visibility and leads through local events, sponsorships, and partnerships ● Identify key user and competitive insights to guide decision making and translate them into innovative and creative campaigns ● Help to develop & implement local campaigns by helping to find the right corporations/partnerships for our specific target group. This also includes KPI setting & tracking. While briefing and updating internal teams on progress and planning. ● Managing pre-production, production, post production & localisation stages. (TVC, OOH,SoMe, Digital media). ● Prepare and create reports on marketing performance Requirements: ● Must have experience in a Digital Marketing role and have a passion for eCommerce and applying new technology. ● Possesses strategic vision and sound business judgment. ● Strong results orientation. ● Strong communicator, presenter and negotiator. ● Excellent time management skills ● Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment ● Good team player, able to deal with ambiguity and change." Education and Experience requirements ● Bachelor degree ● 3-5 years experience in BD or equivalent education ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) ● Speak and write in Italian & English J-18808-Ljbffr
