Logistics Specialist

Overview Kemin Cavriago is looking for a logistics internship. He/she is responsible for managing excel files used by different areas of the business. Keeps these files up-to-date. Prepares documents for daily shipments. He/she collaborates with members of the logistics and warehouse team to ensure that the daily loads run smoothly. Responsibilities Logistics Excel File Maintenance Creates loading lists based on the shipment file Updates the daily loading/unloading schedule file to give the correct information to the warehousemen Preparation of Shipment Documents Prepares the order on the management system Prepares the documents relating to each shipment (pre- and post-shipment) up to the invoicing of the order Other Activities Managing e-mails with transporters and customers regarding the documents of shipments made Qualifications Good knowledge of the Italian language and discrete knowledge of the English language mainly in writing Good communication skills Accuracy and reliability Adaptability: flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to adapt plans as required Good Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel) Interested?
