Operations & Procurement Specialist

Euronet seeks to employ an Operations & Procurement Specialist to support and oversee the operational activities of our ATM network throughout Italy. The successful candidate will be based in the Milan office and will be part of a Global Operational organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate third-party service providers (installation, security, transportation, etc.) for the installation and removal of ATMs throughout Italy. Act as the point of contact for the sales team to define the organization of new ATM installations, plan priorities, and optimize workloads. Negotiate with suppliers for quotes on installation and transportation services. Scout for new suppliers and organize RFIs, RFQs and tenders. Organize, track, and update the inventory of ATM machines, devices and peripherals. Monitor KPIs and manage periodic reviews with suppliers. Occasionally, visit sites and organize inspections and visits. Manage complex projects, coordinating various internal and external stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Supply Chain Management or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of experience in operational or IT roles in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, or technical support. Previous experience in the installation of ATMs, vending machines, kiosks, video lotteries or lockers will be considered a plus. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and good knowledge of relational databases and data analysis tools. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, to communicate with central functions. Eligibility to work in the EU on a full-time and permanent basis without employer sponsorship. COMPETENCIES: Good communication skills. Ability to negotiate with suppliers.
