We are looking for a highly analytical Solution Architect with a strong background in Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management solutions to join our Professional Services Team in Paris.

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will apply your knowledge and experience to solve real world customer business problems throughout the solution design while identifying new opportunities. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be essential to build long-lasting relationships with customers and drive solution adoption.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take part in the requirements gathering phase and provide design guidance for Board projects.
  2. Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solution translating those needs into an effective implementation.
  3. Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation.
  4. Ensure accurate delivery of project plan to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.
  5. Communicate complex topics regarding the solution and related projects to different types of audiences.
  6. Be the guarantor of Board design applications.
  7. Provide current best practices and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  2. Proven Solution Architect experience on Transformation Project Implementations preferable within the retail industry, CPG or manufacturing.
  3. 8+ years’ experience in BI or CPM implementation projects.
  4. Experience with multi-dimensional systems (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, etc.).
  5. Knowledge of big data, predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases.
  6. Proven ability to create innovative solutions to match complex business requirements.
  7. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  8. Excellent communication and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors.
  9. Fluency in French and English required.
  10. Ability to travel up to 60% (Domestic and International).
