Would you like to join our Visual Merchandising & Retail Team as Visual Merchandising Supervisor?

The Visual Merchandising Supervisor ensures Max Mara Brands presence and Image and local execution of Visual Merchandising, In-store Retail activities and Training in the assigned area in accordance with local Business and Sales organization, guidelines and Go to Market strategies.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supports the manager in the implementation of the retail strategy through the execution of operational activities of Visual Merchandising (remerchandising, etc.) on the points of sale assigned.
• Is responsible for the realization of the merchandising, in accordance with the commercial needs and the product present at the point of sale, in line with the guidelines designated by the Brand and the company standards.
• Develops training activities at the points of sale, oriented to the understanding of the techniques and the logic underlying the visual merchandising, in order to ensure the proper implementation of merchandising.
• Ensures the respect of the timing of the activities to be implemented on the planned stores.
• Constantly monitors sales trends in order to constantly monitor effectiveness of the activities to implement and orient the visual merchandising strategy.
• Returns to the Line Manager structured feedback related to the needs of the sales network.
• Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale, the performance of the staff, the products, guaranteeing the customer a level of service in line with what is imposed by the company standards and by the Brand philosophy.
• Monitors ongoing point-of-sale activities, both proactively and reactively, in order to implement rapid solutions that allow you to stay in line with your business objectives.
• Is responsible for enhancing the knowledge of the staff through appropriate training activities, such as for example: products, customers, sales techniques, coordination of shops' activities with the other touchpoints of the Brand.
• Deepens and keeps constantly updated its knowledge of the collection and of the seasonal projects.
• Maintains and promotes constant contact with the network to analyze, respond to and report on customer complaints and product trends.
• Promotes store growth in its area of reference, in compliance with the company guidelines.
• Identify In-store Retail opportunities and cooperate with their implementation on assigned client portfolio;
• Define pos material need, allocation, consumption;
• Ensure the optimal In-store Retail activities in-store executions;
• Support teams in organizing in-store events and sales events;
• Support the sales team in collection presentation to key clients, in particular during buying events.
