Role: Staff Nurse (RGN)
Function: Surgical Ward
Salary: £38,000
Location: South West London
A pristine private hospital based in South West London is looking for a Staff Nurse to join their brilliant team.
The main duties required of the RGN/Staff Nurse on the surgical ward are as follows:
Role Purpose
* To ensure that standards of patients care are consistently maintained at all times
* To safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors
* To assist senior staff in the management of the hospital
Qualifications / Skills & Knowledge / Qualities:
* Registered Nurse with at least 1 year post qualification experience
* Experience in a private hospital environment -desirable
* Experience in mentoring colleagues and HCA’s Enthusiastic and committed, a team player, flexible, physically able to carry out the role, sensitive to patient needs
