Overview

Are you a facilities/operations manager looking for the next step in their career? Look no further! We have partner with a renowned property management company to bring this key role to market, as the Operations Manager of a circa 400,000sqft mixed-use shopping centre.

Your responsibilities will be:

* Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch standards in both hard & soft services.

* Empower, motivate, and develop the Centre operational team, to deliver best-in-class service aligned with all commercial goals.

* Liaise directly with internal & external stakeholders, such as the tenants, landlord, local council, and more.

This role offers the opportunity to:

* Drive innovation and operational excellence, bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving mindset.

* Enter the world of shopping centres, where each day is different in the multi-faceted environment.

* Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the scheme as a top retail destination, with major new tenants joining the scheme.

The right candidate will be:

* An exceptional leader with proven empowerment, communication, and motivation skills, with experience in a customer facing environment, preferably retail.

* Comfortable manging contractors in both hard & soft services and ensuring Health & Safety compliance, IOSH preferred.

* Experienced in managing budgets, preferably service charge.

The budget for this role is up to £50,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
