IT Administrator – Wimbledon – Consultancy - £25,000 – £30,000 + Excellent Benefits
Overview:
A reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator. This role combines administrative and technical responsibilities, supporting hardware, software, and user management needs. It’s an excellent opportunity for a candidate with foundational IT knowledge to develop valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to engineering teams and clients for a range of hardware and software issues.
Perform machine setup and configuration tasks as needed.
Assist with user management tasks, including password resets, managing user permissions, and basic updates for web content.
Provision and configure phones for both internal and client use.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee license renewals and ensure timely management of web service renewals.
Handle license management processes, including preparing and issuing quotations.
Process invoices, create purchase orders for technical items, and manage renewal tracking.
Coordinate courier services and deliveries as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of PCs or Macs, including knowledge of Microsoft software.
Strong customer service orientation, ideally with experience in a client-facing role.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.Package:
Salary up to £30,000
