Location: Chelmsford area
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales & Retention: Recommend additional services and products to enhance customer experience and encourage loyalty as a Service Specialist.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in Customer Service: Preferably in a consultative role within a premium or luxury sector, making you an excellent fit for the Service Specialist position.
