Key Skills Required
* Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
* Strong numerical skills and ability to identify risks early
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* 12 months of underwriting experience, ideally with end-to-end process knowledge
* CeMAP qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
