A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join a highly respected private clinic in Surrey. We are looking for a dynamic and approachable individual to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception Duties: Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, taking messages as necessary.
* Appointment Scheduling: Book, cancel, and confirm appointments with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service.
* Payments & Administration: Handle payments (card and cash), update patient records, and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
* Office Management: Maintain the reception area and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Customer Service: Assist patients and visitors, offering information and support where required.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
* Additional Tasks: Support other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or service-based environment.
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a calm and patient demeanour.
* Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including appointment bookings and payment handling.
* Professional: Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic.
* Adaptable: Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy clinic environment.
